Cheesecake Squares recipe 






Ingredients


1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup M&M or Smarties candies
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1 egg
1/3 cup margarine
1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar, granulated
1/3 cup sugar, brown packed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract





Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Beat the margarine and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the walnuts and flour; mix well.

Reserve 1/2 cup of the crumb mixture; press the remaining crumb mixture into bottom of a 8? square pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla; using an electric mixer, mix at medium speed until well blended. Add the egg; mix well.

Layer 1/2 cup of the Smarties or M&M candies over the crust; top with the cream cheese mixture.

Combine the remaining candy and reserved crumb mixture; mix well.Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the cream cheese mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.Let cool completely before serving

Ingredients

All Purpose Floor (maida) ½ kg
Yeast-1 packet
Sugar-1tbsp
Salt-to taste
Baking powder-2tsp
For topping
Onion (sliced)-2
Chicken (boneless boiled)-1 cup
Tomatoes (without seeds and cut it into slice)-1
Capsicum (without seeds and cut it into slice)-1
Mushrooms (cut it into slice)-½ cup
Black Olives-½ cup
Mozzarella cheese-400 grams
Pizza sauce-1 cup
Eggs-2
Butter-½ cup

Cooking Instructions

Take a bowl and add normally hot water, and add yeast to it, along with add sugar in it and mix it nicely, and leave it for a while.

Take a bowl and add flour in it, when the yeast gets enlarged than mix it with flour, than add salt and baking powder and mix it properly, than rap the bowl with plastic and leave it for 3-4 hours, than take out the dove and fold it with hands so it gets even, than make 2 equal size from it, and take a tra and put butter on it, and put one dove on it.

For topping

Put pizza sauce on the dough which is on the tray.

After that add capsicum, tomatoes and capsicum on it.

Now add chicken all over the pizza in small cubes, after which add cheese to it, and then add black Olive on it.

Put on the corners glycerin the dough with mixed egg, than add the other dough above the dough on the tray, than press the dough so the ingredients is set in side, and than brush it with egg, bake the pizza in the oven which should be pre heated for 15min before putting the pizza, pizza sandwich is ready

100 gm Panch Phoran (Mixture of five spices)
2 slices Bread
As per requirement Butter
A pinch of dried Mango Powder
A pinch of Red chili Powder
A pinch of Black Salt
1 cup crumbly paneer






Cooking Instructions

Melt some butter in a pan, sauté the paneer slices with mango powder, red chilli powder and black salt for a few minutes.

Stuff the sautéed paneer in between the bread slices and toast it. Now you can serve it with green coriander chutney.

Ingredients

Chicken Breasts (boneless cut into strips lengthwise) 2
White vinegar 1 1/2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper (ground) 1/2 tsp
White Flour 3/4 cup
Egg (beaten lightly) 1
Bread Crumbs 1-2 cups
For Salad:
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Pepper 1/4 tsp
Capsicum (chopped) 1
Radishes (grated) 2-3
Carrot (grated) 1
Green Onions (finely chopped) 2
Cabbage (finely shredded) 1-2 cups

Cooking Instructions


Marinate chicken strips in white vinegar, salt and pepper for 1/2 hour. Add 1/2 tablespoons of beaten egg and mix well.

Put flour in a shopper and put marinated chicken strips and shake the bag so strips get coated with flour evenly.

First dip the floured strips into egg then place in a shopper full of bread crumbs and shake to coat strips.

Deep fry the strips until golden brown and crispy then set 
aside.

In a bowl put the ingredients for salad together and mix until uniform.

Place the strips onto a bun or bread with the salad.
Drizzle mayonnaise if you wish and serve.

Cornmeal Pancakes recipe

Ingredients

½ cup cornmeal
½ cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 egg (beaten)
1 cup milk
2 tbsp margarine

Cooking Instructions


Combine dry ingredients together including cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.

Add egg, milk and margarine and mix well until become smooth batter. If batter looks too thick add milk accordingly to prepare batter of normal consistency.

Heat grease griddle pan and pour one ladle batter over the griddle, cook over slow heat until bubbles starts to appear on to the surface and batter would become dry turn the side and let it cook until become golden brown form both sides.

Similarly prepare rest of the pancake.

For Batter
Chickpea Flour 1 cup
1/4 cup Rice flour
1 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Carom Seeds
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
For Potato Filling
1 Potato boiled
3 Green chillies finely chopped
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
2 tsp oil
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Chat Masala

Cooking Instructions


Boil, Peel and cut potatoes in to small cubes.

Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, pinch of hing, ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.

Add finely chopped green chillies, turmeric powder and saute for 10 seconds.

Ingredients

1 c. very finely diced tomatoes
1 c. very finely diced cucumbers (peeled or unpeeled)
1 c. very finely diced flat leaf (Italian) Parsley
1 c. very finely diced red onion
2 Tbsp. olive oil
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. ground black pepper


Instructions


Combine the tomatoes, cucumbers, parsley, and red onion in a bowl.
Drizzle in the olive oil, then sprinkle the salt and pepper over the top. Toss to combine.
Taste and add more salt, pepper, or olive oil as needed to suit your taste.

Thai Cucumber & Cashew Salad

¼ c. fresh lime juice
1½ Tbsp. Fish Sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. chili-garlic sauce
2 cloves garlic, very finely minced
2 large cucumbers, partially peeled and cut into half-circles
½ c. chopped fresh cilantro leaves
⅛ tsp. ground black pepper
¼ c. chopped cashews

Combine the lime juice, fish sauce, brown sugar, chili-garlic sauce, and garlic in a small bowl. Set aside for 10 minutes to soften the flavors of the garlic.
Combine chopped cilantro and cucumbers in a large bowl, add the dressing and black pepper, then toss to coat. Keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
Immediately before serving, sprinkle the chopped cashews over the top.

FRUIT CHAAT

INGREDIENTS:

2 apples (thinly slice into small pieces)
2 guavas (thinly slice into small pieces)
2 large mangoes (cut into small cubes)
1 cup grapes
6 bananas (thinly slice into small pieces)
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
1 tbsp black pepper
½ cup orange juice
2 tbsp sugar (or to taste)




PROCEDURE:

1. Take a large mixing bowl and combine all the ingredients mentioned above, it is good to mix them with hands so that the chaat become juicy.
2. Chill it in fridge before serving.

COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

½ lb of grated cottage cheese
½ cup of mayonnaise
2 stalks celery (diced)
1 green bell pepper (thinly sliced)
1 red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
2 cucumber (diced)
Cherry tomatoes (halved)
Salt and pepper to taste
2-3 large lettuce leaves
4 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp honey

PROCEDURE:


1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, lime juice, honey, salt and pepper and mix well.
2. Take a large salad bowl and add all the veggies along with cheese and mix it well with the prepared dressing. Chill it in fridge for at least an hour then serve.

BISCUIT PUDDING

INGREDIENTS:

2 ¼ cup milk
2 eggs
3 cup graham cracker biscuits (break into large pieces)
½ pack candy biscuits (powdered)
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
½ cup raisins
1 can condense (or as required for topping)

PROCEDURE:


1. In a mixing bowl beat eggs until egg white and yolks mix well.
2. Add milk to the eggs and beat again to mix.
3. Combine brown sugar and raisins together.
3. Take wide baking dish and spread biscuit chunks at the base of dish.
4. Pour beaten egg and milk mixture over the biscuits, now make layer of raisins mixture, pour condensed milk to cover the biscuits and raisins and in the end sprinkle cinnamon and powdered candy biscuits on top.
5. Place the dish in preheated oven for 30-40 min at 350 degrees F until pudding becomes set, you can check it by inserting the knife edge in the center if it comes out clean then the pudding is ready to take out from oven.

INGREDIENTS:

3.5 oz instant chocolate pudding
2 cup milk
1½ tsp butter extract
5 buttery shortbread cookies or chocolate cookies (roughly crushed)

PROCEDURE:

1. Using 2 cup milk prepare pudding according to package instructions.
2. Add butter extract to the pudding and then pour the batter carefully in the pop ice pop mold. Let them cool to room temperature.
3. After that sprinkle rushed cookies on top of each pops. Cover the mold, insert sticks in the center and freeze for overnight so that pops would get firm.
4. Then dip the mold in hot water for just few seconds and then remove pops from the mold and serve immediately.

FRUITY YOGURT

INGREDIENTS:
2 cup yogurt
1 pack strawberry jello mix(or any flavor)
1 pack pineapple jello mix
1 cup cream
4 tbsp honey (or as required)
1 medium apple (chopped)
½ cup strawberries (sliced)
6 large bananas (sliced)
1 cup pineapple chunks (drained)

PROCEDURE:
1. Cook strawberry jello mix in 1 cup of water just to dissolve, then pour it into the serving glass of bowl. Place it in fridge for at least 15 min to set.
2. Meanwhile beat together yogurt, cream and honey until become smooth creamy batter.
3. Add pineapple jello mix and beat again for 1-2 min at high speed.
4. Now fold the fruits in the batter and reserved few chunks of mix fruits for topping.
5. After that pour the prepared fruity yogurt over the strawberry jelly and top with mix fruits. Chill before serving.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Ingredients

Cores and peels from 6-8 apples (ideally organic)
2 tbs. honey
Water to cover

Instructions


After you use the apples to make a wonderful apple treat (such as apple pie bread), place the cores and peels in a large, wide-mouthed jar. I use a 4-cup jar, but you can adjust the size of the jar to the amount of apple scraps you're using.
Cover the scraps with water and stir in the honey.
Place a paper towel on top of the jar, and secure it with a band.
Let the mixture soak for 2 weeks, and then strain out the liquid. Discard the solids.
Return the liquid to the jar and cover it again with a paper towel and band. Leave it for 4 more weeks, stirring daily.
Taste it and see if it has the acidity you would like. If it does, transfer it to a covered bottle for storage. If not, leave it in the wide-mouthed jar for a little while longer, checking every few days.

Pakistani activist Khurram Zaki murdered in Karachi


Mr Zaki was dining in a restaurant in the city's north when suspects opened fire from motorbikes, reports say.
He was an editor of the website Let us Build Pakistan, which condemns sectarianism and is seen as promoting democratic and progressive values.
The spokesman for a splinter group of the Pakistani Taliban has said they were behind the shooting.
He said they killed him because of his recent campaign against a cleric of the Red Mosque in Islamabad.
Mr Zaki and other campaigners had filed a court case charging Abdul Aziz with incitement to hatred and violence against the Shia minority.
The case was brought in response to the cleric's refusal to condemn attacks such as that on a school in Peshawar in 2014 in which 152 people, most of them schoolchildren, were killed.

Strawberry about half cup, 

2) A single Apple which should be chopped in square shape pieces.

3) A single Banana which also should be chopped in square pieces.

4) Also you should have Two Oranges.

5) Bring a single lemon.

6) About half teaspoon of Chart Masala.

7) About one fourth (1/4) teaspoon of powdered red chili.

8) And now the main item of this recipe which is cream you need about 75 ml.

9) And the final item is fruit syrup about half cup.
Take a bowl cut all the fruits in the bowl, sprinkle lemon juice, chart masala and red chili powder in bowl. Afterthat mixed the fruits. Now pour cream and fruit syrup on the fruit and mix place in freezer for some time and serve
